Company Description

We are a Singapore Catalist-listed company and are looking for an experienced Marketing Development Department Administrator to join our team.

Overview

This position provides administrative and documentation support to the Marketing Development Department, assisting project staff in managing files, reports, and coordination tasks related to the renewable energy business (including solar, energy storage, and green energy projects). The role focuses on clerical and project support work, requiring strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assist marketing project staff in preparing and organizing project documents, contracts, quotations, and related reports.

Follow up on internal approval workflows to ensure documents are complete, properly named, and well archived.

Draft and edit departmental documents such as meeting minutes, business correspondence, and project summaries.

Maintain project progress records, as well as customer and supplier databases.

Coordinate meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and other departmental administrative tasks.

Handle daily administrative duties, including document printing, scanning, filing, and courier dispatch.

Liaise with finance, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure consistency of project documentation and data.

Collect and organize industry information, project materials, and market data to support departmental analysis and reporting.

Requirements

Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant, project coordinator, or similar role; experience in renewable energy or engineering-related industries is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other standard office software.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized, with good time management and teamwork abilities.

Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Basic bilingual translation ability (English and Chinese).

Experience in project documentation, quotation, or contract preparation.
