Role Mission

We are seeking versatile and conversion-focused Designer to own our designs and drive measurable digital growth. In this role, you will be the visual storyteller for the merchant journey. You will be responsible for creating high-performing assets that engage users at every touchpoint—from the first paid ad they see, to the infographic that educates them, to the eDM that welcomes them, and the landing page that converts them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lifecycle Marketing Assets (eDMs & CRM)
  • Email Design: Conceptualise and design responsive, modular email templates for various lifecycle stages.
  • Visual Consistency: Ensure a cohesive brand experience from the email inbox to the destination page.
  • Web & Landing Page Design
  • UI/Web Design: Design high-fidelity wireframes and mockups for high-converting marketing landing pages, campaign microsites, and blog layouts.
  • Conversion Focus: Apply UI/UX best practices to web designs to maximize lead generation (e.g., clear visual hierarchy, strategic CTA placement).
  • Developer Handoff: Prepare clean, organized design files and style guides for the development team to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
  • Performance Marketing & Ad Creatives
  • Paid Social Ads: Produce scroll-stopping static and motion graphics for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Display Network.
  • Creative Iteration: Partner with the performance team to run A/B tests on creative elements (e.g., testing different hooks, layouts, or imagery) to lower Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
  • Motion Graphics: Create simple, engaging animations or GIFs to explain product features quickly in social feeds.
  • Content & Information Design
  • Infographics: Translate complex financial data, survey results, and product workflows into clean, easy-to-understand infographics for our blog and whitepapers.
  • Editorial Assets: Design and support graphics that elevate the quality of our educational blog articles.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in digital design, preferably within a B2B SaaS, Fintech, or e-commerce agency/in-house environment.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of web design (landing pages), email design, and performance marketing creatives. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
  • Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Figma (for web/UI) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Motion Skills: Proficiency in After Effects or Premiere Pro for creating social media motion graphics is a strong plus.
  • Strategic Mindset: You don't just design for aesthetics; you design for outcomes. You understand concepts like CTR, Conversion Rate, and Visual Hierarchy.
