Overview

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Marketing communication assistant to support an end-to-end event management for our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, execution, and analysis of all events, ensuring they align with our brand objectives, budget constraints, and compliance requirements. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, meticulous budget and vendor management, and a data-driven approach to measuring event success.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all company events (virtual, hybrid, and in-person) from conception to completion.
  • Ensure seamless on-site event management, including logistics, staffing, and attendee experience.
  • Control event budgets in collaboration with the Finance department.
  • Co-manage event-related procurement processes, including vendor negotiations, quote reviews, and payment approvals.
  • Ensure all events adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations. Implement risk assessment and mitigation strategies for each event.
  • Lead full-cycle vendor management, including sourcing, selection, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation. Collaborate with Procurement and Finance to validate quotes, ensure cost efficiency, and maintain quality standards.
  • Track, measure, and analyze event performance using KPIs (attendance, engagement, ROI, lead generation). Prepare post-event reports with actionable insights.
