Our client is seeking a Marine Fleet Management Executive to join their team!

About Our Client

Our client is a distribution group specializing in the storage, delivery, and supply of marine lubricating oil in Singapore. With a strong presence in the maritime industry, they offer excellent opportunities for career growth and development.

What you'll be doing?

Fleet Management: Handle fleet requisitions, source necessary items, and arrange deliveries to vessels.

Resource Optimization: Monitor and control vessel consumables to prevent waste and ensure efficient operations.

Safety Oversight: Participate in safety committee meetings and conduct tool‑box talks for all vessels.

Crew Welfare: Coordinate medical appointments and monitor medical supplies for ship crews.

Training Coordination: Arrange and apply for training courses as per the training matrix.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all vessel and crew certifications are up‑to‑date and compliant with relevant authorities.

Personnel Management: Maintain comprehensive personnel files and manage crew rotations and leave schedules.

Recruitment: Source, recruit, and conduct initial interviews for ship crews.

Onboarding: Provide induction training and orientation for new crew members.

Vessel Support: Offer general support to ship staff and conduct scheduled visits for crewing matters.

Who are they looking for?

Driving Skills: Possession of a Class 3 driving license is advantageous but not required.

Availability: Must be contactable 24/7 and available to board vessels when necessary.

Tech‑Savvy: Proficient with computer software for efficient task management.

Experience: At least 1 year of relevant fleet management executive experience in marine logistics industry.

Other Information

Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm

Location: Penjuru Lane, Company Transport pick up from Jurong East MRT
