Responsibilities

• Independent handling, investigation and processing of marine insurance claims from first notice to final settlement.
• Demurrage claims, laytime analysis.
• Managing claims for Tanker vessels.
• Liaison with claimants, appointment of surveyors, provide settlement advice to insurers.
• Ensuring all claims are processed in a timely manner.
• Keep insurers fully updated on developments of the claim and settlement negotiations.
