The Opportunity

We are hiring Manufacturing Process Engineers who supports advanced manufacturing for consumer electronics across CNC machining, molding, surface treatment, assembly, and quality inspection. Gain overseas exposure, cross-functional collaboration, and career growth.

  • Headcount Location: Singapore (with permanent relocation to overseas)
  • Work location: China / India
  • This role is hired under the Singapore entity, with international deployment opportunities. Candidates should be open to overseas assignments and adaptable to cross‑cultural environments.
  • Compensation: Base Salary + Fixed & Variable Allowances + 13th Month Bonus + Variable Bonus.
The Job
CNC & Machining Engineering
  • CNC machining, tooling, jigs & fixtures, tolerance analysis, CAD/CAM, and troubleshooting of metal/plastic parts.
Molding & Assembly Engineering
  • Plastic injection molding, automated assembly & lamination, robotic arms, precision jigs/fixtures, and laser assembly processes.
Surface Treatment Engineering
  • Processes such as anodizing, electroplating, etching, polishing, sandblasting, and coating/masking for consumer electronics.
Chemical Process & Cleaning Engineering
  • Handling cleaning techniques, chemical composition, plating, surface preparation, and process troubleshooting under EHS standards.
Process Development & Quality Engineering
  • Developing, validating, and improving processes to ensure products meet dimensional, cosmetic, and performance requirements.
Equipment & Inspection Engineering
  • Operating and maintaining inspection equipment (CMM, AOI, dimensional testers), analyzing defects, and supporting quality assurance.
Operational Project Management
  • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) builds and product transfers across China and India, ensuring smooth transition to mass production while meeting cost, quality, and capacity goals.
  • Coordinate between customer and internal teams to align deliverables, drive readiness on material, capacity, and ramp plans, and manage communication across all project stakeholders.
Engineering Project Management
  • Oversee full project schedules from prototype to mass production, define objectives and deliverables, and bridge between product design and development teams.
  • Drive project execution by facilitating cross‑functional collaboration and resolving technical or process trade‑offs to meet production targets.
Cross-Functional Technical Support
  • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams; requires Mandarin & English proficiency, proactive problem‑solving, and strong coordination skills.
The Talent
General Requirements (Applies to All Roles)
  • Education: Degree or Master's in Engineering, Materials, Chemical, or related technical fields.
  • Software: Proficiency in CAD/3D/2D, CAM, and Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Experience: Relevant hands‑on exposure in machining, molding, assembly, surface treatment, or process development environments.
  • Communication: Strong ability to collaborate across multilingual teams, including English and Native Mandarin‑speaking colleagues and partners.
  • Soft Skills: Proactive, analytical, and adaptable, with strong problem‑solving and coordination abilities in cross‑functional settings.
  • Mobility: 100% overseas deployment required - primary location in China with business travel to India for project execution and technology transfer activities.
