Job summary

A manufacturing solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Fulfillment Planner to manage the order-to-delivery cycle and oversee demand and supply. The ideal candidate should have at least a Nitec education level and good interpersonal skills. Experience in material planning is an advantage but not required, as training will be provided. This role offers a full-time, permanent contract with a monthly salary up to $3500 plus bonuses.

East Side | Coordinator Role | 5 days

• Office Location: Loyang, Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5.30pm,
• Monthly Salary: Basic up to $3500 + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contrac

Responsibilities

• Manage the full order-to-delivery cycle, including order processing, shipment coordination, and purchase order requirements
• Plan and oversee demand and supply commitments, ensuring alignment with customer forecasts and material availability
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve fulfillment-related issues and support account management
• Analyse supply and demand trends to forecast future needs and proactively address potential risks
• Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and support business decisions through data analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production planning, logistics, and product configuration management

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec education Level
• No Experience is required. Training will be provided.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in material planning or production planning, preferably in the manufacturing industry is an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
