  • Prepare yearly calibration budget and track monthly spending against forecast.
  • Coordinate calibration activities with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
  • Review post‑calibration reports to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Maintain accurate calibration records and documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to SLAs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise calibration processes.
  • Conduct non‑conformance investigations and support corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities
