We are hiring a Calibration Engineer to support site-wide calibration activities within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role covers calibration planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, compliance, and continuous improvement to ensure equipment accuracy, audit readiness, and smooth production operations.

• M - F, Office Hour
• Tuas - Company shuttle provided (Boon Lay / Jurong)
• 12-month contract with potential for conversion

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the annual calibration schedule, ensuring no overdue activities
• Prepare yearly calibration budget and track monthly spending against forecast
• Coordinate calibration activities with internal stakeholders and external service providers
• Review post‑calibration reports to ensure compliance with standards
• Maintain accurate calibration records and documentation for audits and regulatory inspections
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise calibration processes and reduce costs
• Conduct non‑conformance investigations and support corrective actions

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or other Engineering‑related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in calibration management within manufacturing or regulated environments
• Singaporean only
