Job description

Join Roche’s Career Conversion Programme to develop skills in biopharmaceutical manufacturing with hands‑on training and continuous improvement focus.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare equipment, clean, sterilize, prepare solutions, operate equipment, sample raw materials, and monitor environment while maintaining housekeeping and adhering to Safety, cGMP, and Biochemical Manufacturing guidelines.
  • Collaborate within the Biochemical Manufacturing Department to support department goals.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Gain operating knowledge of the Process Control System (PCS) to execute manufacturing operations.
  • Adhere to RSTO’s Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) requirements, report accidents, and follow site security measures.
  • Participate in staff and shift change meetings, coordinating with other shift personnel and support groups.
  • Work under limited supervision, make decisions within established policies, and apply PT Lean Production System (LPS) principles for continuous improvement.
About You
