Responsibilities

• Coordinating overall testing strategy and technical expertise in automation and manual testing
• Driving detailed test plans and test cases based on requirements to ensure comprehensive coverage and quality standards.
• Conduct Testing and resolve defects to ensure to ensure successful project delivery
• Engage with users to validate solutions
• Identifying, logging and meticulously tracking defects accompanied by comprehensive reporting

Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience in designing, implementing and/or maintaining in Insurance Domain - LifeAsia preferably in the Singapore Market.
• Experience in Bonus Notices Testing
• Experience in Agent's Commission Testing
• Technical background, with hands-on experience in ILP product launches
• Good analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Good written and verbal communication skills
