Job summary

A technology consultancy in Singapore seeks a Software Tester to manage test cases, perform manual testing, and document results efficiently. Ideal candidates possess a Diploma in Computer Science, have 1-3 years of experience, or are fresh graduates. Job description

Responsibilities

Take part in the planning and creation of test cases, adhering to the processes and objectives of the given requirements.

Execute various form of manual testing such as User Acceptance Test / Regression Test / Integration Test / etc based on the formulated test plan.

Documenting and tracking of test results, reporting, and submitting defects using JIRA to the test lead.

Highlight and suggest methods/ideas to improve test plans and execution strategies.

Work closely with all stakeholders to generate daily/weekly/monthly activity reports.

Perform professional stakeholder management and proper documentation security control on a daily basis.

Requirements

Candidates must have acquired at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.

At least 1- 3 years of software testing experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply as well.

Has good understanding of Agile & Waterfall methodology.

Able to work independently and with people of all levels.

Able to work in fast pace and challenging environment.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Experience in banking industry and Jira is a plus.
