Responsibilities

• Clean, tidy, and make up guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
• Ensure all rooms and public areas are well-presented at all times.
• Perform regular cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
• Check and report any maintenance issues or damaged items.
• Replenish cleaning trolleys and ensure proper use of cleaning equipment.
• Assist in setting up cleanliness for special events or VIP rooms.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to guests.
• Follow all safety, security, and hygiene procedures established by the hotel.
