Job summary

An established engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a senior management professional to establish goals, develop strategic business plans, and guide the management team. The ideal candidate must have a tertiary education in Engineering, strong leadership, and analytical skills, as well as sound experience in the HVAC industry. Proficiency in Business level Japanese is required for liaising with clients and affiliates in Japan. Previous working experience in Japan is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven experience at the senior or management level position.
• Sound knowledge in HVAC industries and markets.
• Past working experience in Japan will have an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Establish company goals and objectives, both short-term and long-term.
• Develop business plans and strategies.
• Present reports on business and performance to the board.
• Provide advice and guidance to the management team.
• Monitor and optimise budgets, financial forecasts, revenue, and KPIs.
