Job description
1 Business Development/ Management
  • Lead and drive overall business development and operational strategy to support company growth and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Identify and develop new Contract Logistics business opportunities, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and drive business strategies data to uncover new business opportunities by maintaining high competitiveness.
  • Drive and lead the team to execute Sales strategies to deliver optimal logistics solutions and to ensure the service quality/alignment
  • Establish performance metrics (KPIs) and monitor operational effectiveness, productivity, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
2 Execution & Collaboration
  • Manage cross-functional teams including sales, operations, supply chain, and support functions to achieve Company’s KPI targets.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management on strategic planning, budgeting, and business optimization initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative and performance-driven team culture
EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree above (major in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred)

EXPERIENCE
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in leading logistics industry, preferably with a strong focus in Contract Logistics sector, supply chain operations and general management.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to drive revenue growth (Established customer network across South East Asia and Australia is a plus and ability to develop and manage large-scale, long-term contracts or global accounts) and operational excellence
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and scaling operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution capability.
  • Knowledge in supply chain solutions system (FIS/WMS/TMS)
SKILLS
  • Knowledge in overall logistics business (Air, Ocean, Local Transportation, Warehouse)
  • Able to work under pressure, adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in English and able to communicate well with all level
