Responsibilities

  • Set up and streamline SOPs of various outlets.
  • Work closely with Restaurant Managers and Branch Chefs.
  • Monitor and plan procedures for outlets.
  • Train new managers in training.
  • Hands-on in setting up new outlets and negotiating with landlords.
  • Drive operational excellence between outlets.
  • Handle challenging and difficult situations.
  • Report to Japan HQ for monthly reports.
