How you will create an impact
  • Work on solving interesting problems for clients in the space of commercial excellence i.e. pricing, sales, and go‑to‑market or all activities related to growth topics.
  • Utilize your expertise in Machine Learning / Statistics to develop innovative strategies for pricing, marketing and sales for clients across industries (mobility, industrials, consumer goods, financial services).
  • Apply Operational Research methods to address optimization‑related business problems.
  • Translate complex data into clear actionable recommendations for non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Lead customer‑centric transformation initiatives by aligning strategy, pricing and go‑to‑market approaches with evolving customer expectations.
  • Drive front‑office transformation across sales, service and marketing by optimizing commercial models and enhancing customer engagement strategies.
  • Support digital transformation by integrating innovative technologies and agile methodologies into client growth strategies.
  • Leverage data and AI to uncover growth opportunities, personalise offerings and improve pricing and revenue optimisation decisions.
  • Work across different industries e.g. B2B B2C software, life sciences, solving clients' commercial problems.
  • Work with data leveraging tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI etc. to conduct deep and meaningful analyses. Draw insights to solve clients’ problems and give recommendations.
  • End‑to‑end ownership of workstreams within projects which entails collecting data, conducting deep analysis, drawing insights, creating slides & engaging with stakeholders.
  • Support business development efforts by providing data‑backed insights for proposals, presentations, and client pitches helping identify growth opportunities and strengthen strategic recommendations.
  • Contribute to the development of the Singapore office.
Your profile
  • 5‑9 years of consulting experience in top tiers is good to have.
  • Strong interest, understanding and belief in strategy / management consulting.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Clear and top‑down communication.
  • Fluency in business English (written and spoken).
  • Multilingual with proficiency in at least two other languages would be an advantage.
  • Willingness and ability to work hard and effectively.
  • Enthusiasm for working in teams.
  • Customer‑oriented thinking.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel.
  • Interest in growth topics GTM, pricing and sales is good to have.
