Key Roles and Responsibilities
Capability Development

  • Enhance team technical competency through structured guidance, knowledge sharing, and continuous competency development.
  • Support regional Markets in building robust solar performance engineering capabilities and technical maturity.
  • Collaborate with digital teams to enhance solar asset optimization models and automated diagnostics.

  • Promote standardization of data models and AI-driven dashboards across Markets.
  • Guide Markets in the interpretation and adoption of corporate policies, technical standards, and operational governance frameworks.
Business Support
  • Identify performance gaps, production losses, and efficiency deviations across solar assets through predictive analytics and early-warning algorithms; conduct root cause analyses and propose targeted corrective actions.
  • Analyze data trends from SCADA, inverter systems, string-level monitoring, and site-level sensors to uncover issues and drive preventive interventions.
  • Lead solar asset performance optimization initiatives, leveraging global best practices and internal knowledge-sharing networks.
