Qualifications

Keyresponsibilitieswillinclude:

StrategicPlanningandPrioritizeAnalyticsUseCases:

• Provideanalyticalsupportforstrategicplanningprocesses,includingbudgeting,forecasting,andperformancemonitoring.

• Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamstodefineanalyticsusecasesandprioritizebasedonbusinessimpact.

• Leadend-to-enddevelopmentofprioritizedusecases,includingprojectinitialization,planning,implementation,monitoringandevaluation.

• Evaluatetheimpactofstrategicdecisionsandinitiativesthroughrigorousanalysisandmeasurementofkeyperformanceindicators.

BusinessAnalytics,ReportandVisualization:

• Workwithbusinessstakeholderstostandardizedatadefinitions,businessperformancetrackingmechanisms,improvedataqualityandimplementdatagovernanceframework.

• Workwithdataengineeringteamtoidentifythedatasourceanddesigntheoptimaldatastructureforanalyticsusecases.

• Generateinsightsfromlargedatasetstoinformoptimaldecisionmaking

• Design,develop,maintain,andenhancemonitoringdashboardsandreportswithkeyperformanceindicatorsforearlywarninganddecisionmaking

• Transformcomplexdataintoeasy-to-understandvisualizationsandstorytelling

• Implementfunctionalcapabilitiestoenablebusinessusers’accessandutilizationofinformationandinsightsintheformofself-servedashboardsandreportswithinoveralldatagovernanceframework.

ArtificialIntelligence(AI)andInnovation:

• IdentifyopportunitieswhereAI,machinelearning,andautomationcanimproveservicesorinternalbusinessprocesses.

• MonitoremergingAItrends,tools,andbestpracticestoinforminnovationinitiatives.

• LeadProof-of-Concept(PoC)andpilotprojects,fromideationtodeployment.

• Supportchangemanagement,training,andadoptionofAIsolutionsacrossbusinessunits.

StakeholderEngagementandCommunication:

• Buildstrongrelationshipswithinternalstakeholderstounderstandtheirbusinessrequirementsandpriorities.

• Communicatecomplexanalyticalfindingsandrecommendationsinaclearandcompellingmannertonon-technicalaudiences.

• Actasatrustedadvisortoseniormanagementanddepartmentheads,providinginsightsandguidancetosupportstrategicdecision-making.

ContinuousLearningandMentoring:

• Stayup-to-datewithindustrytrends,bestpractices,andemergingtoolsindataanalysis,visualizationandAI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor'sorMaster’sdegreeinBusinessAnalytics,ComputerScience,DataScience,Statistics,Engineering,Economicsorarelatedfield.

• Minimumof5-7yearsofexperienceindataanalytics,businessintelligence,digitalapplicationsolutiondesignandtestingorarelatedrole.
