Responsibilities

• Generate highlights, quotes, and insurer illustrations for sales meetings.
• Provide new business sales support alongside after-sales policy services for sales consultants.
• Handle submissions for new business cases to various insurers and collaborate closely with sales consultants throughout policy inception.
• Coordinate pre-case submission tasks, including medical bookings, internal KYC documentation, and insurer application forms.
• Ensure proper documentation is obtained and filed in the CRM system according to internal processes.
• Manage monthly reporting requirements related to banking.
• Address inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders promptly.
• Perform additional ad hoc duties as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of case management experience working with high-net-worth clients, preferably within the insurance broking or insurance sectors.
• Proficiency in utilizing various software to generate insurer illustrations.
• Strong understanding of underwriting requirements across different insurers for efficient case submission.
• Demonstrated functional and technical knowledge to perform job responsibilities at a high level.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and maintain productivity in a multi-task environment.
• Highly organized and proactive in case follow-ups and daily tasks.
