Job summary

Job description
What the role is:

You are responsible for managing and ensuring smooth operation of the department in areas of regimentation and discipline (R&D), protocol management, and organisation of key parades/ceremonies and official visits to Singapore Armed Forces Training Institute Military Institute (SAFTI MI).

What you will be working on:
  • Provide guidance in planning, invitation and coordination for key parades and ceremonies
  • Organise official visits to SAFTI MI including coordination and protocol arrangements
  • Advise and support sub-units on all matters related to regimentation and discipline

Challenge(s): Ensuring protocol standards and regimentation and discipline requirements are upheld

What we are looking for:
  • Education in Human Resource (HR), Business or a related field
  • At least 5 years of HR experience with exposure to regimentation and discipline and protocol management is preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently
