The Product Software team at Equinix builds next-generation software products and architecture for our Equinix software platform and services offerings. You will build and lead the engineering organization, serving as a hands-on technical mentor and strategic leader for one or more diverse, innovative, and driven product engineering teams. We are seeking a leader who can manage, mentor, and develop our engineering team. You leverage your experienced leadership & technical acumen to lead and support the team in delivering against specific goals/OKRs defined for the products.
