Nearest MRT: Labrador MRT Station
Duration: 12-Months Contract
Salary: $4380 - $4800
Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am - 5.30pm (Friday)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented person to manage assets and inventories in third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses and assist in the renewal of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with hotels serving as Multi-Purpose Community Isolation Facilities (MPCIF). In this role, you will ensure compliance with new Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) requirements and support internal reporting and ad-hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Asset Management: Verify the working conditions of assets, track assets loaned to other entities, and oversee the transfer or donation of functional assets to government agencies or non-profit organizations.
  • Asset Disposal: Assist with the disposal of expired, redundant, or damaged assets from 3PL warehouses.
  • Hotel Engagement: Review and renew MOUs with hotels, arrange engagement sessions, conduct site reconnaissance, and assess IPC compliance.
  • Reporting & Project Support: Prepare internal updates and support ad-hoc projects aligned with operational objectives and crisis strategies.
Key Requirements:
  • Operational Management: Strong operational management skills focused on customer-centric service delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Experience managing inventories, ensuring accountability, and enforcing compliance with procedures.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey regulatory requirements to external stakeholders.
