A leading communications agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced Associate Manager, Integrated Marketing & PR. The successful candidate will deliver integrated communications programmes across PR, digital, and influencer engagement. This role is ideal for a dependable practitioner with at least 7 years of relevant experience, particularly in managing B2B accounts. As an Associate Manager, Integrated Marketing & PR, you will support and deliver integrated communications programmes across PR, digital, social, content, and influencer/KOL engagement. You will work closely with Managers and Associate Directors to ensure smooth execution, strong client servicing, and high-quality deliverables across accounts.
This role is suited for a hands‑on, dependable practitioner who has built a solid foundation in PR and integrated communications, is comfortable managing workstreams independently, and is ready to take on greater responsibility while still operating under senior guidance.
Account & Client Support
Support the management of a client portfolio with a primary focus on B2B corporate and technology accounts, complemented by exposure to B2C brands.
Act as a reliable day‑to‑day contact for assigned workstreams, ensuring tasks are delivered accurately and on time.
Prepare status updates, meeting notes, and action trackers for internal and client WIP meetings.
Support account coordination, timelines, and deliverables under the guidance of Managers and Associate Directors.
Escalate risks, issues, or scope changes promptly to senior team members.
Integrated Campaign Execution
Execute integrated communications activities across PR, digital, social, content, and influencer/KOL channels.
Draft and adapt campaign materials such as press releases, media pitches, key messages, presentations, and social content.
Conduct research, insights gathering, and competitor analysis to support campaign planning.
Ensure messaging consistency across channels and deliverables.
Influencer & Content Support
Support influencer/KOL programmes, including influencer research, shortlisting, briefing coordination, content tracking, and reporting.
Liaise with influencers, creators, and talent agencies for coordination purposes under senior guidance.
Support content reviews to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and regulatory requirements.
Team Collaboration & Development
Work closely with Managers, Associate Directors, and cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns effectively.
Support junior team members where required and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
Coordinate with designers, digital vendors, and external partners as assigned.
AI Fluency & Digital Agility
Use AI tools thoughtfully to support research, content development, and workflow efficiency, while maintaining originality, accuracy, and brand integrity.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in PR, communications, or integrated marketing, ideally within an agency environment.
Experience working on B2B corporate and/or technology accounts, with some exposure to B2C brands.
Experience supporting integrated campaigns across PR, digital, social, content, and/or influencer channels.
Hands‑on influencer/KOL experience, including coordination, briefing support, and content tracking.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
Currently based in Singapore, with familiarity with the local media and communications landscape.
Experience supporting Singapore government or public‑sector communications work.
Familiarity with social platforms, influencer tools, or reporting dashboards.
Experience supporting regional or multi‑market accounts.
