• Explore and implement AI agents to enhance HR service delivery
• Lead exciting transformation projects from idea to implementation
• Work closely with HR teams to understand their challenges and create innovative solutions
• Partner with IT teams to bring your automation and AI ideas to life
• Share your technical knowledge and help others embrace new ways of working
• Understanding of AI capabilities and implementation
• Excel automation wizardry (macros and VBA)
• Experience with process automation tools
• Basic coding knowledge is a plus

What You Bring
