Responsibilities

• Lead visa and HR support services, including workshops and updates on Work Pass regulations.
• Manage individual tax filing and clearance processes for clients.
• Develop and expand Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) services such as recruitment, compliance, and policy creation.
• Supervise and guide team members, set team goals, and participate in management meetings.
• Serve as the main contact for Japanese-speaking clients, providing bilingual support and fostering client relationships.
