Job Title: Manager, Financial Data & Reporting

Location: Singapore - Central

Your New Role

• Develop and maintain a single, reliable data platform for Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing. Ensure all reporting aligns with CFO‑approved figures and eliminate duplicate or inconsistent data sources.
• Establish clear data ownership, validation processes, and documentation standards to maintain accuracy and consistency across all functions.
• Provide analysis on margins, pricing, currency fluctuations, and program performance. Identify risks and deliver actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Manage weekly dashboards and monthly reports for leadership. Support budgeting, reviews, and ad‑hoc requests with timely, accurate data.
• Work closely with Finance, Sales, SCM, Marketing, and IT teams. Promote best practices for data usage and interpretation.
• Partner with IT to improve data tools and automate reporting processes, reducing manual effort and increasing reliability.

Key Qualifications for Success

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in data management, analytics, FP&A, or finance.
• Strong understanding of P&L, margins, cost structures, and currency exchange.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Background in distribution, FMCG, telco, or consumer electronics is an advantage.
• Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Immediate or short‑notice availability preferred.
