Job Summary
Reports to the Head of Marketing, the Creative Digital Lead (Group) provides strategic and operational leadership for all digital and creative initiatives across Allgreen Properties’ Singapore mall portfolio. This role oversees content strategy, production, performance, and governance across platforms, ensuring consistency, quality, and impact at both group and mall levels.
The role leads the in-house creative team, drives cross-mall campaigns, manages workflows and standards, and works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and oversee annual and monthly digital strategies across all four Singapore malls
- Translate group and mall objectives into clear content, campaign, and engagement plans
- Set creative direction for group campaigns, festive initiatives, and always-on content
Creative & Content Leadership
- Define and maintain creative standards for visuals, videos, copy, and formats
- Oversee content calendars, posting strategies, and optimisation across platforms
- Review and approve all digital assets prior to publishing
- Ensure strong brand consistency and differentiation across malls while aligning to group guidelines
Production & Execution
- Lead planning and execution of photo and video shoots across malls
- Oversee production schedules, shoot logistics, and post-production workflows
- Ensure efficient use of resources and timely delivery across overlapping campaigns
Team & Workflow Management
- Lead and manage the in-house creative team, including workload planning and prioritisation
- Set processes, timelines, QA standards, and governance frameworks
- Identify gaps in capability, tools, or resourcing and recommend improvements
Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Work closely across multiple business units, not limited to retail, and provide project-based and ad hoc support as required
- Act as the creative bridge between group marketing, malls, loyalty (GR), EV initiatives, , other business units and agencies
- Oversee KOL selection, briefing, content review, and performance tracking
Performance & Optimisation
- Track KPIs across content, engagement, and campaign performance
- Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Identify platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats to drive continuous improvement
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of media boosting, with the ability to optimise spend against allocated budgets to maximise reach, engagement, and campaign performance
Key Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Digital Media, or a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in digital, content, or creative roles, with team leadership experience
- Strong understanding of social platforms, short-form video, performance metrics, and paid media optimisation
- Experience in an agency environment is an advantage
- Strong sensitivity to digital, social, and content trends, with the ability to translate insights into action
- Proven experience managing multiple brands, stakeholders, or assets concurrently
- Hands‑on, organised, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, multi‑mall environment
- Experience in retail, lifestyle, property, or large‑scale consumer brands preferred
Education
Bachelors in Marketing or Communication
