A leading fast-casual brand in Asia is seeking an experienced Corporate Planning Manager in Singapore. This role involves leading corporate strategies and ensuring readiness for IPO by 2026. We are looking for an experienced Corporate Planning Manager to lead the development and execution of corporate strategies across the Hot Palette Group, ensuring global alignment, operational excellence, and readiness for IPO by 2026. This role requires strong leadership, cross-border collaboration, and the ability to transform insights into actionable strategies that drive long-term growth.
• Lead corporate planning initiatives including mid-term strategy, annual budget cycles, and forecasts across all operating companies.
• Partner with the CEO and business leaders to define and execute growth initiatives, including market entry, M&A, and new business models.
• Oversee group-wide financial performance monitoring, providing insights to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Standardise management accounting practices, KPIs and reporting formats across all entities.
• Manage corporate governance meetings (Board, Management, All-Hands) and prepare proposals for group-level decision making.
• Drive cross-company/global projects, including new entity establishment and expansion into new markets.
• Collaborate closely with Hot Palette Holdings in Japan on financial reporting, internal control, and IPO readiness.
