Roles & Responsibilities

SMM, our Integrated Facilities Management (iFM) business, manages complex portfolios and large-scale assets with precision and care, supporting government agencies, commercial clients, and critical infrastructure.
Bid Review and Documentation
- Facilitate and conduct bid review meetings, document action items and follow up with the proposal team on the action items.
- Record minutes during the bid review meetings.
- Prepare bid review reports to Head of business division and senior management teams.
- Capture records of reviews and provide regular management analytics on the bids submitted.
Risk Assessment and Compliance
- Review the bid/tender by focusing on the sales governance, ensuring that certain standards are met and complied.
- Assess the risk level of deals and perform the relevant escalations to the next level approvers for bids that are at risk of submission or have delivery risks.
- Submit relevant information to relevant corporate functions and higher authority for clearance and support in final decision making.
Strategic Advisory
- Provide value-added support through recommendations on win-strategies and risk mitigations.
Team Collaboration and Development
- Provide coaching to the bid teams on the bid development/risk/compliance aspects.
- Engage and work together with the proposal team that includes the sales team, SCEM, etc.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- About 5 to 10 years of experience in project delivery and relevant working experience in the Integrated Facilities Management industry
- Experience in bidding for Singapore Government project tenders and/or overseas project tenders (added advantage)
- Ability to work independently under stringent timeline with minimal supervision
- Ability to be agile, meticulous, outspoken and resourceful
- Good communication skills, able to engage with the different stakeholders, both internal and external
- Strong business/commercial acumen and analytical skills in risk management
- Teamwork leadership to guide and harmonise the sales/marketing and bid teams for synergistic outcome and success
- Due to security clearance requirements, only Singaporeans can be considered
