We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial & Logistics Broker to join our Industrial Services team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will work closely with key internal and external clients. This role will be tasked with further accelerating the growth for the team and requires a proactive professional who can manage client relationships, identify opportunities, and close transactions efficiently

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in the leasing and/or sale of industrial and logistics properties across Singapore.
  • Responsible for increasing revenue through prospecting industrial occupiers and sourcing new business leads.
  • Proactively identify business development activities of existing and new clients through direct contact and external industry platform.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and developers.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Prepare and present proposals, marketing materials, and financial analyses to clients.
  • Responsible for the transaction management and coordination with internal and external parties to complete property transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, zoning regulations, and property values.
  • Provide high quality pre-sale and post-sale services to clients.
  • Support the Department Head in any strategic business initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Degree holder with minimum 5 years of working experience in property sales and leasing, especially in the industrial sector.
  • Must hold a valid CEA License.
  • Be highly motivated with an appetite to not only reach the business development objectives but to exceed them
  • Proven track record of successful transactions in the industrial and logistics sector.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and market intelligence with a good understanding of real estate markets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
