Job Description
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with university and 3P stakeholders to identify new opportunities for engagement and partnerships.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver events and initiatives to create meaningful interactions and bring alumni together.
  • Conduct regular feedback to assess the effectiveness of programmes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain lasting, meaningful connections with alumni and students through tailored outreach and engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • A good Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 5 – 7 years’ proven experience in stakeholder and events management and/or partnership development roles, preferably in a higher education setting.
  • A natural connector and collaborator, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • A self-starter able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously, meeting moving deadlines and achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to do charts in excel and interpret data.
  • Willingness to work after office hours and on weekends, when required.
