Job Description:

Job summary

  • Local Style Chinese restaurant is looking for management trainees due to expansion of new outlets.

Working Hours: 6 days week (Able to work on shift system Late Shift / Day Shift - Working hours: 12 hours (10am-10pm/11am-11pm) & 2 hours break in between

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of restaurant for service
  • Receiving guest and hosting guests, including taking food and drink orders using Ipad.
  • Making sure that the guest are having a good time
  • Recommending food and drink items to guests
  • Cleaning up and preparing the tables for service turn
  • Answering guest's queries and resolving issues
  • Able to take instructions from Supervisors
  • Any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma or Degree Holders
  • Min 2 to 3 years of experience in the F&B industry.
  • Love to interact with customers in English and Mandarin due to nature of business
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
