About the Role

We are looking for high-potential graduates to join our Management Trainee Program in Singapore, designed to develop future leaders for our international telecommunications business.

This is a 1-year structured program with rotations across different departments. You will gain hands‑on experience, participate in key projects, and receive close guidance from experienced managers.

The role is suitable for graduates in Business-related disciplines or Telecommunications/ICT-related fields who are keen to build a long-term career in the telecom and digital services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will vary depending on your rotation department. In general, during the 1‑year program you may:

  • Support your department in daily operations and project tasks (e.g. administration, coordination, documentation, reporting).

  • Assist managers with business planning, market/traffic analysis, customer proposals and presentations.

  • Help with project coordination, including tracking milestones, maintaining documentation, and following up with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Conduct data analysis (e.g. sales performance, customer data, network KPIs, cost and budget tracking) to support decision‑making.

  • Contribute to process improvement, helping to document workflows/SOPs and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency and service quality.

  • Participate in meetings, internal reviews and industry/customer events where required, and prepare minutes and follow‑up actions.

  • Complete assigned training modules, participate in internal product/network knowledge sessions, and share learnings with your team.

  • Lead or co‑lead at least one mini‑project or improvement initiative in each rotation and present outcomes to management.

Examples (depending on department):

  • General Affairs / Administration: office operations support, vendor coordination, staff logistics, basic reporting.

  • Finance: basic financial analysis, invoice/checking support, cost tracking, monthly reports.

  • Enterprise Sales / Carrier Sales / Mobile Sales: sales pipeline support, preparing proposals, simple customer analysis, internal coordination.

  • Marketing (Data / Sales & Marketing): market research, campaign support, data dashboards, performance tracking.

  • Network Department: basic network/service monitoring support, preparing simple reports, following up on tickets, coordinating with internal and external parties.

  • Procurement: sourcing support, quotation comparison, vendor database updates, PO tracking.

Rotation & Development
  • Program Duration: 1 year

  • Rotations: In principle, you will rotate across up to 4 departments during the program.

Department Options (rotation pool):

  • General Affairs
  • Finance

  • Carrier Sales
  • Marketing (Data Analysis or Sales & Marketing)
  • Mobile Sales Department
  • Network Department
  • Procurement Team

Please note that the final rotation and department allocation, as well as your specific responsibilities, will be based on both your preferences and the business needs of the company.

Learning & Support:

  • Assigned mentor (middle/senior management) for guidance and career development.

  • Structured on‑the‑job training and internal product/network knowledge sharing.

  • Regular performance reviews and development feedback during and after each rotation.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following (or related) disciplines:

    • Business: Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, International Business, etc.

    • Telecom / ICT: Telecommunications, Information & Communications Technology, Network Engineering, Computer Science, etc.

Experience

  • Entry‑level role; fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of working experience are welcome.

  • Prior internship or part‑time experience in telecom, ICT, technology, consulting, finance, or related sectors will be an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills; comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

  • Good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Strong problem‑solving mindset, resourceful and attentive to detail.

  • Able to multi‑task and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Language:

    • Good command of spoken and written English is required.

    • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking counterparts and HQ (not a must, and candidates will be assessed on merit).
