Job summary

A prominent restaurant in Singapore is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, enhance profitability, and ensure compliance with standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of managerial experience in the food and beverage industry and strong communication skills. Job Description
  • Responsible for the smooth daily operations of the Restaurant, including opening and closing
  • Assist in providing monthly sales reports to monitor performance and suggest areas for continuous improvement
  • Assist in optimizing the revenue and overall profitability of the Restaurant
  • Maintaining the food and service quality of the restaurant according to brand standards
  • Providing excellent customer service and building great customer relations
  • Documentation and filing of expenses and supplier invoices
  • Ensure strict employee compliance to company's SOPs, sanitation and safety standards
  • Planning manpower schedule and provide training and guidance to new employees
  • Facilitate compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements including renewal of licenses (i.e. MUIS, SFA)
  • Confer & negotiate packages to event clients
  • Upkeeping of outlet’s equipment and overseeing maintenance
Requirements
  • Min. 2 years of managerial experience in F&B or Hospitality industry
  • Good communication skills (oral & written)
  • Well-versed with Restaurant POS, Tablets and Terminals for Online/App orders
  • Proficient in MS Office Tools & Adobe Office
  • Possesses a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certification
  • Displays strong sense of integrity and professionalism in all aspects of work
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Can start work in Dec 2025
