We are lookingfor a hands-on Management Executive / Associate to support management in project coordination, ERP-related initiatives, and cross-department matters,including regular coordination with our China factory.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organising information, following up on tasks,working across teams, and supporting management-level initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ERP implementation projects, including coordination with vendors and internal departments
- Assist in preparing project papers, business plans, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate with internal departments on assigned management-level matters
- Act as a liaison with the China factory for project updates, information exchange, and documentation
- Track action items, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects
- Prepare progress updates and follow-up reports for management
- Support meetings by taking notes and tracking outcomes
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and coordination tasks as required
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant working experience in:
- Project coordination
- PMO / management support
- ERP or enterprise system support (advantage)
- Comfortable working with multiple departments and overseas counterparts
- Good written and spoken English
- Mandarin-speaking ability required to coordinate with China factory
- (reading/writing Chinese is an advantage but not mandatory)
