Job summary

A global engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Management Executive/Associate. This role involves supporting ERP implementation projects, coordinating with internal departments, and acting as a liaison with our China factory. Job description

We are lookingfor a hands-on Management Executive / Associate to support management in project coordination, ERP-related initiatives, and cross-department matters,including regular coordination with our China factory.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organising information, following up on tasks,working across teams, and supporting management-level initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support ERP implementation projects, including coordination with vendors and internal departments
  • Assist in preparing project papers, business plans, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate with internal departments on assigned management-level matters
  • Act as a liaison with the China factory for project updates, information exchange, and documentation
  • Track action items, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects
  • Prepare progress updates and follow-up reports for management
  • Support meetings by taking notes and tracking outcomes
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and coordination tasks as required
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
  • 2–5 years of relevant working experience in:
  1. Project coordination
  2. PMO / management support
  3. ERP or enterprise system support (advantage)
  • Comfortable working with multiple departments and overseas counterparts
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Mandarin-speaking ability required to coordinate with China factory
  • (reading/writing Chinese is an advantage but not mandatory)
