  1. To work closely with the MD for project management in executing project plans, managing tasks, and ensuring goals are met.
  2. To be able to work independently and execute instructions, keep track of the project timeline, manpower deployment, etc.
  3. Able to chair meetings/discussions, presentations, PowerPoint, projects, and excel.
  4. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and performance; prepare status reports for the MD.
  5. Assisting with cost tracking, preparing estimates, and managing project financials.
  6. Perform any other duties as requested by the MD.
Requirements
  • Diploma in business/project management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
