Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Singapore is looking for a Senior Associate/Assistant Manager for Managed Services, Corporate Secretarial. The candidate will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with statutory needs and delivering corporate advisory services. Strong knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and effective communication in English and Mandarin are essential. This role offers the opportunity to support client onboarding and contribute to business development, ideal for individuals with over 3 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Manage a portfolio of local and international clients, including private companies limited by shares, variable capital companies (VCCs), branch offices, and limited liability partnerships.
  • Deliver end-to-end corporate secretarial and advisory services, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate corporate changes by preparing and reviewing directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, minutes of meetings, and other essential corporate documentation.
  • Liaise with ACRA and clients on queries, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Support client onboarding and due diligence processes, ensuring adherence to KYC/AML requirements and regulatory frameworks.
  • For Senior and Assistant Manager track: review juniors’ work, manage deadlines, and contribute to business development.
  • Possesses a university degree and/or postgraduate qualification in Business or Law, with relevant working experience.
  • Has strong technical knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, structured problem-solving, and sound analytical thinking.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with clients who primarily use these languages.
  • Holds CSIS certification (or equivalent) preferred; candidates currently pursuing CSIS courses are also encouraged to apply.
  • Is an effective communicator who can manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • For Senior and Assistant Manager track: brings more than 3 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial work, preferably in a professional corporate secretarial services firm.
