Job Description

KPMG Managed Services team is responsible for delivering end-to-end statutory and regulatory compliance across a diverse client portfolio. As a Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving client relationships, ensuring seamless corporate governance, and contributing to the growth of the practice through business development initiatives.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of local and international clients, including private companies limited by shares, variable capital companies (VCCs), branch offices, and limited liability partnerships.
  • Act as the primary relationship manager, building trust and long‑term partnerships with clients.
  • Oversee the delivery of corporate secretarial and advisory services, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements under the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA guidelines.
  • Review and approve directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, minutes of meetings, and other essential corporate documentation.
  • Liaise with ACRA and other regulatory bodies on queries, filings, and compliance matters.
  • Support the development of new client relationships through networking, proposals, and presentations.
  • Contribute to revenue growth targets by actively participating in business development initiatives.
  • Supervise, coach, and review the work of junior team members to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Manage team deadlines, allocate resources effectively, and foster a collaborative working environment.
  • Ensure adherence to KYC/AML requirements and internal risk management frameworks during client onboarding and ongoing engagements.
  • Provide guidance on complex compliance issues and regulatory changes impacting clients.
Our ideal candidate:
  • Holds a university degree and/or post‑graduate qualification in Business, Law, or related disciplines, with relevant corporate secretarial experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act, ACRA compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.
  • Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, structured problem‑solving, and sound analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • CSIS certification (or equivalent) preferred; candidates currently pursuing CSIS courses are also encouraged to apply.
  • Effective leader who can manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables in a fast‑paced environment.
