KPMG Managed Services team is responsible for delivering end-to-end statutory and regulatory compliance across a diverse client portfolio. As a Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving client relationships, ensuring seamless corporate governance, and contributing to the growth of the practice through business development initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of local and international clients across industries, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of accounting services.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager, building strong client partnerships and understanding their business needs.
  • Oversee preparation of financial statements and management reports in compliance with IFRS/SFRS and local regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and regulatory filings.
  • Implement process improvements and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities for new services and support new client acquisition through proposals, presentations, and onboarding.
  • Contribute to revenue growth targets by actively participating in business development initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage deadlines, allocate resources effectively, and foster a collaborative team culture.
  • Drive professional development and succession planning within the outsourcing practice.
Ideal Candidate
  • Holds a university degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA/ACCA qualification preferred.
  • At least 6 years of relevant accounting experience, with 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role, ideally in an outsourcing or professional services environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/SFRS) and compliance frameworks; familiarity with the Singapore Companies Act and payroll processes is a plus.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
