Job Description

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to carry out electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical maintenance for our manufacturing operations in Singapore. This role focuses primarily on electrical and hydraulic systems, ensuring machineryoperatessafely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical panels, motors, sensors, and control systems.
  • Diagnose and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems including pumps, valves, actuators, and cylinders.
  • Support basic PLC fault diagnosis and coordinate with vendors or engineers where required.
  • Carry out mechanical repairs such as replacement of bearings, belts, chains, and other components.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance according to maintenance schedules.
  • Record maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and follow-up actions.
  • Comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety procedures.
  • Respond to machine breakdowns and support production operations whenrequired.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field).
  • Candidates must possess at least 2 out of the 3 competency areas below, with stronger emphasis on Electrical and Hydraulic skills.
Technical Skills & Certifications
Electrical
  • Electrical Worker / Wireman certification or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Basic PLC and industrial automation knowledge.
  • Familiarity with electrical safety practices and testing equipment.
Hydraulic & Pneumatic
  • Experience or certification in hydraulic systems maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of pneumatic systems is an advantage.
Mechanical
  • Experience in mechanical maintenance of industrial machinery.
  • Basic welding or fabrication skills are an advantage.
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Candidates with strong electrical and hydraulic expertise will be preferred.
Other Information

Willing to work overtime, shifts, or attend to urgent breakdowns whenrequired.
