Overview

Maintenance Technician (1 year contract)

Location: Tuas

Company bus provided

Working hours: 5 days, 7.30am to 4.30pm

Salary: Up to $3000/mth

Completion bonus available

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall warehouse building, facilities and equipment maintenance and ensuring compliance to Workplace Safety and Health regulations and policies


• Review and manage maintenance and enhancement expenditure to be within budget


• Ensuring the day to day & monthly maintenance program


• Lead and supervise staff in the cleaning, security and facility, and liaise with managers/contractors/suppliers with regards to repairs, maintenance and operational matters, and to supervise the progress and development of projects to their completion

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of facility management experience will be advantageous


• Experience in Industrial/Manufacturing or Warehouse environment preferred


• Good command of English and effective problem solving skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to read technical drawings/CAD will be required
