Job summary

We’re looking for a proactive, hands‑on Maintenance professional to keep our equipment safe, reliable, and performing at its best. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and love solving mechanical challenges, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute servicing, inspection, repair, and maintenance tasks to ensure safe operations and minimal downtime.
  • Recommend equipment overhauls and propose effective rectification solutions to prevent disruptions.
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and support to team members.
  • Lead troubleshooting, rectification, and reactivation during breakdowns to restore equipment promptly.
  • Uphold all workplace safety, security, and health policies.
  • Enforce strong safety practices, housekeeping standards, and compliance.
  • Handle any ad‑hoc tasks assigned by your manager or department head.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum NITEC/ Higher NITEC in Motor Vehicle, Mechatronics, or Diesel Mechanics.
  • Preferably with relevant experience and knowledge in mechanical, electrical/electronic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Must possess a valid "LTA Class 3" driving licence or above.
