Job summary

A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking a CAD Draftman to prepare 2D and 3D drawings, interpret technical specifications, and collaborate closely with engineers and architects. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Architectural/Civil & Structural and has at least 2 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting. Proficiency in Revit, SolidWorks, or Sketchup is an added advantage. This full-time, permanent position comes with a competitive salary package, and immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in AutoCAD drafting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D and 3D drawings based on specifications and sketches.
• Revise and update drawings as directed by engineers.

• Maintain organized records of drawings and files.
• Conduct site visits and assist with measurements.

• Work Location: Jurong East, Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm, Sat 8am - 12pm
• Monthly Salary: Basic up to $4500 + AWS
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

• Prepare 2D and 3D drawings based on specifications, sketches, and engineering components.
• Revise and update drawings as directed by engineers or project managers.
• Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications accurately.
• Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and project requirements.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, files, and revisions.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to support project delivery.
• Conduct site visits and assist with measurements when required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Architectural/Civil & Structural or equivalent and recognized by relevant authority
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in AutoCAD drafting
• Proficient in Revit/ Solid works/ Sketchup is an added advantage
