Job summary

A property management company is seeking an M&E Engineer based in Singapore. You will ensure the M&E systems are maintained and manage tenants’ requests, while also overseeing upgrading projects at Mapletree Business City. The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering, 4 years of relevant experience, and knowledge of building maintenance and tenant management. This role requires proficient skills in MS Office and knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant experience with 2 years in a technical capacity.
• Sound knowledge in tenant management and construction work.
• Certification as a Fire Safety Manager would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement preventive maintenance programs for M&E systems.
• Procure service contracts and liaise with service providers.
• Manage tenants' requests for M&E services and oversee upgrading projects.
• Prepare and analyze costs for management reporting.
• Track and manage utilities and propose savings initiatives.
