Job summary

A leading event management company in Singapore seeks a motivated individual for sales and account management to achieve project revenue targets within the M&E and event services sector. Responsibilities include pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction through successful event execution. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and possess at least 3 years of hospitality/event sales experience, along with excellent communication skills and fluency in English and a regional language.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and account management to achieve project revenue targets for M&E and event services in Singapore
  • Identify and pursue new M&E business opportunities in Singapore
Other Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies and meeting and events industries
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate internally with teams in Singapore (sales, operations, finance) to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction
  • Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote our services and generate leads
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management
  • Conceptualize, plan, and manage various types of events, including conferences, seminars, product launches, and corporate meetings
  • Develop marketing and promotional materials for events in collaboration with his/her team
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and obtain necessary permits for events
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in meeting and events business in Singapore
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time
Minimum qualification & work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality or event sales
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or an acceptable combination of education and experience
Other requirement
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of the Meeting and Events industry in Singapore
  • Cultural sensitivity and understanding of business practices in Singapore

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in speaking and writing of both English & Chinese/ Malay/ Tamil is essential to liaise closely with the business partners and clients
