A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage M&E projects. Responsibilities include reviewing tender documents, preparing bills of quantities, and controlling project budgets. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Quantity Surveyor or related fields and at least 2 years of experience. 0-20% Monthly Performance Related Pay

Review and interpret M&E(ACMV/Electrical) tender documents and drawing.
Take off, prepare bills of quantities and cost estimation for M&E services.
Workout preliminary M&E design for design and build tenders.
Prepare technical data and proposal for tender submission.
Responsible in the overall contract administration including main contractor and subcontract.
Review letter of award from client / main contractor.
Negotiate, evaluate, and shortlist supplier / subcontractor.
Prepare monthly progress claim and process subcontractor / supplier monthly payment.
Control and monitor project budget including proposing value engineering solution and work closely with site manager / engineer.
Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveyor, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
At least 2 years experience.
Experience and knowledge in M&E services and systems.
Working experience as ACMV/Electrical QS is preferred.
Responsible, independent, hardworking, good in interpersonal and communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines.
