Job Description
  • Review and interpret M&E(ACMV/Electrical) tender documents and drawing.

  • Take off, prepare bills of quantities and cost estimation for M&E services.

  • Workout preliminary M&E design for design and build tenders.

  • Prepare technical data and proposal for tender submission.

  • Responsible in the overall contract administration including main contractor and subcontract.

  • Review letter of award from client / main contractor.

  • Negotiate, evaluate, and shortlist supplier / subcontractor.

  • Prepare monthly progress claim and process subcontractor / supplier monthly payment.

  • Control and monitor project budget including proposing value engineering solution and work closely with site manager / engineer.

Job Requirement
  • Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveyor, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

  • At least 2 years experience.

  • Experience and knowledge in M&E services and systems.

  • Working experience as ACMV/Electrical QS is preferred.

  • Responsible, independent, hardworking, good in interpersonal and communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines.
