Key Responsibilities

M&E Project Management

  • Manage and coordinate all mechanical and electrical works on-site and off-site
  • Plan M&E construction sequences and interfacing with architectural and civil works
  • Monitor progress, quality, cost, and schedule of M&E activities

Design & Technical Coordination

  • Review M&E drawings, specifications, and technical submissions
  • Coordinate with consultants, designers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and clashes
  • Lead value engineering and cost optimisation initiatives

Testing & Commissioning

  • Manage testing, inspection, and commissioning of M&E systems
  • Ensure all systems meet performance, safety, and statutory requirements
  • Prepare O&M manuals and as-built documentation

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with local authorities, codes of practice, and industry standards
  • Enforce workplace safety procedures for M&E activities
  • Support audits, inspections, and authority approvals

Procurement & Cost Control

  • Assist in procurement of M&E equipment, systems, and subcontractors
  • Review technical proposals, shop drawings, and material submissions
  • Support budget and variation management related to M&E works
Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
