Responsibilities

• Deliver project objectives within defined scope, time, cost, and quality constraints.
• Interpret technical designs and drawings for on-site construction.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and client specifications.
• Coordinate M&E services and prepare CSD/SEM drawings for submission.
• Integrate Civil, Architectural, and M&E works on site, liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Plan, develop, and monitor work schedules to ensure timely task completion.
• Prepare progress reports, highlight delays, defects, and propose rectification measures.
• Provide technical advice and resolve M&E issues on site.
• Report progress and coordinate site inspections with contractors, subcontractors, and clerk-of-works.
• Maintain adherence to safety and health regulations, aiming for zero workplace accidents.
• Ensure high standards of site safety and housekeeping are upheld.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience working on LTA projects is a plus.
