Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of local experience in residential projects. Qualifications

• Plan, schedule, and report on site progress.

• Manage and supervise subcontractors and workers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit documentation, i.e. schedule of the works, progress reports, method statement, etc.
• Apply necessary permits and submission works for all works related to M&E and other Ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Planning, work scheduling and reporting of site progress.
• Liaise with consultants and Site Personnel ensuring that the work is carried out smoothly in accordance with the specifications and drawings.
• Hands on, coordinating and training workers ensuring compliance and timely completion of the site and M&E works.
• Managing and supervising subcons and workers that their works are carried out effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering for Plumbing, Electrical and Aircon.
• Min. 5 years local experience in building residential landed projects
• Knowledge of MS Projects, Office, AutoCAD and other software
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Those without SG working experience will not be considered.
